Plan ahead from a map, making altitude profiles and estimating time and distance of your trip. For sure you will be able to plan a safer and more pleasant trip through the mountains either by day or by night.
The courses is directed to both people who love to go out for a walk and already possess basic knowledge but want to learn more and beginners that first wish to settle a good base of orientation and mapping before going out for the real.
